All without writing one line of code. **Add e.e.r.s. to a dataset/spreadsheet** Plug e.e.r.s. into any spreadsheet (airtable, excel, google sheets, we've got you covered) **Choose to pair or sift** Choose to narrow the search in your spreadsheet with a numerous amount of data-points or compare a tab to another tab in the spreadsheet. **Receive results instantly** Click Match and done. Eers came about because a non profit organization in the DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) community need a better, more efficient was to match their mentors and mentees. We build eers, and instead of the matching process taking 2 people 6 month, it takes just a few seconds! From there it seemed like a natural extension to build a slack app - who hasn’t lots track of the website someone posted months ago in a busy community? Or thought: there must be some good information and resources in here for me, but I don’t have time to research - let alone read! - it all. Eers can help in all of these ways. Having seen this in use at my company, I can attest at the significant and immediate value add! E.E.R.S has automated two persons worth of full time work load, allowing them to focus and conquer other activities. Very important in a growing startup.
