It is awesome to have a tool that recommend me the right wine for a special occasion. I love the journal so I can browse and play with old suggestions.

I'm ride or die Vivino. This would be a very fun integration based on my current data. I also use Untapped and Ginventory. It would be great to have an assistant integrated into all of my "spirited" choices.

@stef_b I agree, that would be a tool ! Unfortunately we can't grab the data from Vivino or Untapped. Despite of this, the application can provide you with good suggestions also without data and as you use the assistant, it will improve.

I checked out the wine recommendations. It asked me 2 questions and then recommended me a bold red wine which I have never heard about. Also I do not like red wine. I think the idea is cool, but it definitely has to get way more sophisticated.

@stefan_hesse Hello Stefan, thank you for your feedback. You can browse different wine alternatives if you don't like the first suggestion. I also reccomend to leave a feedback on the recommendations as this allows our AI to personalize future responses (and stop suggesting red wines ! :) ).

Where do the recommendations come from?

@chrismessina It's a combination between Italian pairing method (it's called Mercadini if you want to dig further) and some personalization that takes into account your feedback.So basically we start by suggesting you the right pairing and over time we shift towards the right pairing for you.
