@sawyer_benjamin Trust and education, honestly more than technology at this point. A lot of people don't even know what a fair rate looks like because they've never seen one, they just assume the fee they're charged is normal.

@elodie_harper Deciding to actually launch with real customers instead of polishing the product in private for another six months. Closed beta with real money moving was scary but it's the only reason we have real numbers to show today.
