Keeping people informed. Often, when I sign up for something and they don't send me an email until a month later, I often start to lose interest. Keeping momentum and attention going might reduce my "churn." That happened several times that I signed up, wasn't informed and then when they released product, I didn't even remember what's going on...

Biggest pain point I’ve seen → people sign up and then completely forget about the product. Re-engagement emails matter.
