We're back!

Happy New Year to everyone!

As mentioned, we took a break from all platforms and social media, including PH, because we really needed it.

We gladly spent these days...

• watching Christmas movies (who doesn't watch all the Harry Potter saga during the holidays?),

• spending time with friends and family,

• cooking (and eating) a lot,

• simply relaxing.

The online world is certainly important to build engagement and communities, but we believe taking time off from it is also essential for mental health and peace of mind.

So, what did you do during the holidays? Had to check your accounts, or did you manage to take some time off, too?
