My new side project - InstructorHub

I’ve been working on a fun AI project that’s starting to take off — it’s an AI video feedback system that acts like a virtual coach.

Users upload a short clip (for example, throwing darts, riding dressage, or swinging a golf club), and the AI gives instant, personalised feedback — as if a real instructor had watched it.

I’ve already built working examples like an AI darts coach and an AI dressage trainer, and people are using them successfully.

Now I’m opening it up so others can create their own versions in any niche — fitness, dance, public speaking, etc.

How accurate is the video analysis?

Currently I use several micro prompts to look for specific things in the video and create several of these per instructor. For example, my Darts instructor looks for head movement as one section and it is very good at picking this up. As with most things Ai, the response is as good as the prompt given to it.

I’d love everyone to check it out and make their own instructors and of course any feedback would be appreciated.
