I'm very excited to announce my creation in front of you all, ResumePro.

ResumePro is a feature rich resume builder that helps job seeker & recruitment consultants to create fast, clean, ATS-friendly resumes & cover letters - which not only pass the ATS systems but also helps customise resume against each job.

During creation process, my platform guides user step by step how to get ATS score high which guarantees the success. During the process I have utilised the power of generative AI to speed up the process but having final control with human.

Some Background about why I built ResumePro 🤔

By profession I am a Sr software developer and have 15+ years of industry experience. But when ever I decided to switch jobs and appled for the job I use to get hardly 2 to 5% response back. This was really concerning and then I realised my resume was ghosted by ATS engines and bots.

Then I paid good amount of money to recruitment consultant who used my existing resume content and 7 days time to create ATS friendly resume and after using that resume my response rate suddenly increased to almost 30% success rate.

At this point, I realised the power of ATS compliant resume and idea of ResumePro was born.

The Gap I Found 🧐

During my competitive analysis, I found there are no start to finish resume building platform which helps job seekers or resume consultants with ATS scoring assessment, resume building & cover letter services - All in One - within reasonable cost and with data security by design.

Hence I created ResumePro with all these essential features, I am confident if you help test & share with your friends to test this product to share feedbacks this platform will helps hundreds and thousands of needy job seekers.

Giving Back ❤️

Those who cant afford the paid version or for fresh graduates, I have kept limited number of downloads but all premium features (including Gen AI & ATS scoring) for them as part of my giving back to society mindset.

Future Development Plan 🚀

At present I am still calling this a MVP++ ready status, but I have following plans for the future if we manage to reach-out to 10K + consumers

• Create - Job Apply Bots using AI Agents - That will apply jobs on user behalf to approved Job list

• Create 1 Pager - PPT based resume downloads - now days it's very popular for within organisation projects

• Job Interview Prep - against applied Jobs - List possible questions & prepare candidates

• Bring cost efficiency and Increase Number of Free Downloads from 4 per month to 10 per months

• Enhance ATS recommendations using state of art multi model framework
