Hey Product Hunt!

I’m Nick a realtor from Metro Detroit and a first-time solo founder.

I built OfferPal because, reviewing and comparing multiple offers on a listing can be very time consuming. Once you get 3–4 offers, the spreadsheets and sticky notes just aren’t enough.

OfferPal is my attempt to fix that. Right now it can:

Instantly analyze purchase agreements (PDF or manual entry)

Extract all the key terms (price, closing date, financing, contingencies, etc.)

Compare offers side-by-side

Calculate estimated seller net proceeds

Generate clean PDF reports you can send to clients

And even has a “How’s My Offer” feature that evaluates a buyer’s offer and gives recommendations on how to improve it.

This is my first product, built mainly for myself at first, but I’m hoping it can help other agents too. Still figuring out a ton of things, but excited to be here and would love to hear your feedback!
