Indie dev intro: building simple, private-first iOS apps

Hey everyone 👋 I’m an indie developer from Sweden working on small, focused iOS apps. So far I’ve released two: • CoordTool → a clean coordinate converter with support for multiple formats (DD, DMS, UTM, MGRS, RT90, SWEREF99) and some aviation tools like VOR/NDB radial + distance. • Simple PDF Scanner → a lightweight document scanner that works fully offline. My general philosophy when building is: • Privacy first → no tracking, no servers, everything stays on your device. • No unnecessary accounts → you shouldn’t need to sign up just to use a utility. • No subscriptions → if a product has no ongoing costs, I believe it should be a one-time purchase. I’m curious to connect with others who share this mindset – and also happy to hear how you think about pricing and privacy in indie apps.
