How do you prioritize which features to develop next when there are so many great ideas and feedback from users?

I believe there are ways to categorize and prioritize features, but it can definitely be complicated. One method you can use is to numerically quantify the "importance" of the feature (i.e. How much of a game changer would this one feature be to your users?) against the difficulty, time, or cost to implement. Once you've got that number, it's more straightforward to compare different features. But, I do feel you on this dilemma. We often run into the same conundrum when developing new features for mDash, our AI-powered project management tool built specifically for web development. Best of luck with all of your new features!

@brianhurst It's comforting to know that even experienced developers like you face similar challenges in feature development. As a beginner myself, I find your method particularly good. Best wishes for your work on mDash, and I will definitely give it a try!

@brianhurst you summed it up well!

@filip_gomilanovic1 i imagine this is the case because features are going to vary as well as business needs

I want to ask my clients what they want.

@elenat It's not always feasible to implement every user request, which is why I asked in the first place.

@filip_gomilanovic1 what tools or methods do you implement to collect, organize and analyze user feedback to make it actionable?
Sandy
that's my next lesson
