Greetings from Berlin!

I'm building Enthusiast (https://github.com/upsidelab/enthusiast), an open-source AI framework built to handle internal search, product queries, and support automation for for e-commerce and knowledge-heavy industries.

Here's what's possible with the platform:

  • AI shopping assistants tailored to your catalog, logic, and APIs

  • Support copilots grounded in internal knowledge

  • Sales tools that pull specs, pricing, and past context — on demand

  • Built-in content generation + validation

  • All self-hostable, with prebuilt integrations for Shopify, Shopware, Medusa, Solidus, and more

We built this after receiving repeating requests from our clients. Shopify is working on the direction too. If this is relevant for you, I would love to exchange with you.
