Adding LinkedIn Profiles to OutreachOS CRM

Key Steps

1. Check Extension Connection

• Open the Outreach OS Extension.

• Verify if it shows 'Connected'.

• If it shows 'Not Connected', proceed to the next step.

2. Connect the Extension

• Click on 'Connect Outreach' to establish a connection.

3. Access LinkedIn Profile

• Navigate to any LinkedIn profile you wish to add.

4. Refresh LinkedIn if Necessary

• If the 'Add to CRM' button is not visible, refresh the LinkedIn page.

5. Add Profile to CRM

• Click on the 'Add to CRM' button.

• A notification will confirm that the person has been added.

6. Verify Addition in CRM

• Refresh the Outreach OS CRM to see the newly added profile.

7. Repeat Process

• You can repeat this process for any LinkedIn profile.

8. Example of Adding a Profile

• For example, to add Layla Hormozi:

  • Click 'Add to CRM'.

  • Refresh the Outreach OS to confirm addition.

• Ensure you are logged into Outreach OS before starting the process.
