I prefer GetAround, have only had bad experiences with Turo. Tried to rent a car for a set time, turned up and followed instructions, owner was asleep and just never unlocked the car.

Product experience is great, but the locations of the Turo cars isn't always convenient. I prefer GetAround.

Had a great experience with Turo - first car I rented had a cracked windshield. Called Turo, they found a new vehicle, gave me a free upgrade, and had it delivered to me, within 30 minutes. Best customer service experience ever.

I had a terrible experience with Turo on my first try and as a result, I terminated my account and never want to try again. They didn't seem to care too after I expressed my concern. Their customer service is the worst and didn't actively help users to resolve issue nor protecting customers....Really surprised they are still around

@cara_cara Same... Worst customer experience of my life... Spent almost 4 hours on the phone stuck in an airport, never got a car, and they refused to refund me $300. Ended up issuing a chargeback and they luckily didn't dispute it.
