@anteloper Fantastic question! Integrating across all these dialers is paramount for our users since they change dialers fairly frequently. We live by the concept of BYOD (bring your own dialer) so that you can be rest-assured that Trellus will work wherever and whenever you want it to. And yes! Trellus learns patterns in your calls over time to help create a personalized AI that will coach you to success. This is important for us to do since each industry has different language/personas that they call into

@ajinkya_nene Thanks for the response. Bring your own dialer is epic - reminds me of Plaid in the early days. I was banking with a tiny regional Credit Union and the first time I had to use Plaid for something I remember searching my Credit Union in the interface, sure they wouldn't support it. But I was mind-blown to find that they had actually built the integration. It must have been an astonishing amount of work but it made such a difference to me as a user. Very happy to see teams that have this kind of attitude building at the intersection of computer learning and human interaction, can't wait to see where this goes.

@anteloper For sure - collecting the tail end of dialers is incredibly important to make sure we can support everyone who's cold calling! Also suprisingly enough, the dialer market like the banking system is extremely fragmented - and so it's almost necessary that we support all the dialers to make sure we can bring a useful product to market! Love the Plaid analogy here!

@wittyfarzi we use a mix of finetuned models from OpenAI + our own in-house models for most of the real-time coaching to ensure we can have low latency!
