Seems like a very nice product! Is the first screenshot such a tracking dashboard for end users? Or for the shop owners? Because it seems a bit overcrowded to me. As an end consumer, I'm just interested in the status, arrival time and some fancy looking stuff. So maybe you could focus a bit more on nice branding & visuals here? Otherwise, great idea and I wish you all the best!

Thank You Lukas, its for the shop owner, and that is not how it looks to the end user, We have kept the page very neat and clean, the first page shows 2 boxes where the user (shopper) puts Order ID and email ID, The second page opens into a tracking page, where the user can see tracking details (status) of their order and estimated date of delivery, Thank You Lukas for supporting our launch!!
