We re building Tendr around a problem that seemed surprisingly fragmented when we started working on it.
Planning an event often means: Google for vendors Instagram for ideas WhatsApp for coordination spreadsheets/notes for budgets multiple calls to get everything sorted.
We re trying to bring more of that journey into one place from planning and finding vendors to booking and organizing the requirements.
We ve been testing this through real events and are now building the product around what we re learning.
I ve been thinking about something that feels oddly outdated.
Planning a celebration sounds simple: pick a date, decide on a budget, find a few vendors, and get everything booked.
But in reality, even for a simple birthday or house party, you can end up spending hours searching Instagram, Google, WhatsApp groups, asking friends for recommendations, comparing quotes, and coordinating 5 6 different people.
And the frustrating part is that most of the information you need is scattered everywhere.
Tendr was launched with a vision to transform the way people plan celebrations. Instead of juggling multiple vendors, endless calls, and scattered information, we created a platform that brings planning, trusted vendor discovery, budgeting, checklists, timelines, and bookings together in one place. Our mission is to make every celebration simpler, more organised, and stress-free while helping people focus on creating unforgettable memories with their loved ones
