Founder question for the Product Hunt community

by

While building an event-tech platform, I've noticed something interesting:

Event planning has become increasingly digital—venues, vendors, budgets, guest lists, timelines—but gifting still feels surprisingly offline.

Whether it's conference welcome kits, wedding favors, client gifts, or event swag, the workflow is often fragmented:

  • Products come from one place.

  • Packaging from another.

  • Personalization from someone else.

  • Logistics are managed separately.

I'm exploring the idea of treating gifting as an event workflow rather than an e-commerce purchase.

Imagine one platform where organizers could:

  • Source gifts or use products they already have.

  • Customize packaging and branding.

  • Manage bulk orders.

  • Track production and delivery.

  • Handle everything from a single dashboard.

For those who've organized events or built in this space:

What's the biggest pain point you've experienced with event gifting?

I'd love to learn what you think is still missing.
