Congrats on the launch! It's a brilliant idea and solves a problem for me as I find creating documentation slow and tedious. I just installed the extension and tested on a new function we're building and 2 minutes later Tango had created perfect documentation. I've shared with my co-founder and I'm sure we'll be using Tango over the next few days to build up our documentation. Thank you for building this! :)
Dude! That's awesome to hear! Please let us know if you have any feedback at all!!
It would be cool if you could change the color of the highlight - orange is a little off brand for us ;) Otherwise, so far it works really, really well!
We tend to overdo the orange! πŸ₯
Congrats all! I’ve been following along with Tango for a bit now. This product is great, the tech is built the *right* way, solving the hard tech problems. Only going to get better from here. Can’t wait to deploy at my company.
😁 thanks Derek!
We've been using Tango for a while and I love that you can blur sensitive info and add arrows/boxes like in Cleanshot. Such an awesome product. Congrats and team!

Looks great and very promising! Educating users is really hard. 😊 It reminds of some elearning courses we created a couple of years ago, using the same "click here on this screenshot" workflow. The problems we faced later on were design/interfaces changes, (had to update hundreds of screenshots and adjust the steps 🀯) and we had people just clicking through all steps and not learning anything. Just wanted to share with you our experiences.
This is *awesome* feedback. Nowadays, content goes stale so quickly -- websites get updated weekly. It's really hard to keep up. That's why we tried to make it as easy as possible to automatically create documentation :) Let us know if you have any feedback! Would love to chat more about your experience.
Created a sample workflow and this is awesome. Loom is an alternative nowadays but videos are more difficult to skim compared to a screenshots. All the best!
Loom is great for explaining concepts, but for how-tos, it's so much easier to have a succinct step-by-step guide with screenshots. Thanks so much for trying Tango!
We designed Tango so customers could jump to the exact moment they needed. Glad to hear it's resonating!
This seems really great for visually showing product updates rather than just plain lines of text! It'll provide a better experiences for current users and increase conversions of new ones! Congrats on the launch!
Thank you, Ayan! We think so, too.
Wow! Clean, fast and simple. Such a streamlined fluid way to create a workflow and share it. Great execution of a great idea! Congrats on the launch team Tango!
😁😁😁 Too kind, Roger!
Thank you so much Roger!
Unreal! Just added the extension - an awesome tool! Going to be using this a ton with our team moving forward. Thanks for building this!
That's so awesome to hear. Let us know if you need help with anything or have feedback :)
Tango has been a game-changer for how we share knowledge internally. We've gone from having almost no onboarding guides to detailed step by step flows so that we can ramp up teammates quickly. Thanks Tango team and congrats on the launch!
🀩 so happy to hear that!
Love the idea, but I'm concerned that it captures all passwords, security, authentication, etc
Totally valid - we've built our blur tool to overwrite screenshots when users choose to remove sensitive information. We NEVER save the original image if a user overwrites it. There's still more we can do on this front.
Hey! I’m Maxime, Software Engineer at Tango. We added a blur tool to let user mask any kind of private information they wish to hide! On top of that, we make sure to delete the original screenshot once an edit is saved.
