Love Tandem. I've started using it working with Lu.ma who have a team all over the world, and have been recommending it to people ever since. Its unobtrusive but really fully featured, seeing which app someone is using makes it easy to find a good point to wave, and aspects like seeing which song they are listening to give it a fun team feeling. The video calls have always been reliable too.

Been using this a lot with the team. Big fan so far! Touches like the emoji reaction and high five functionality are great little details. I'd love to be able to pick the emoji I'm sending and or have some kind of applause feature. Thinking about the shout-outs that people give in All Hands meetings on Zoom and the awkward, silent clap they get is so dissatisfying. Would love to be able to react more naturally! Also, we really like the way you can see people's cursors when you're sharing your screen – would be cool if there was some interaction functionality where you could draw, or drop a pin, or call attention or something.

The product video is on point. Coveys the uses and the company vibe to the viewers almost immediately. For a developed/ mature workplace the product seems great too. Giving this tool to old-school workplaces and "bosses" (traditional sectors in places like India, where I am) still resistant to the idea of virtual work and "trying it out" post covid seems like a tricky proposition. But I'm guessing this isn't for them. Great work guys!
