This week in SYNKA I deployed the organization management module: roles, permissions, access control and user management by team. "Basic" features that only seem simple until you build them from scratch.
During development, AI didn't just speed up the code. It forced me to rethink the product design:
Audit logs: who changes what and when? Temporary access for collaborators External invitations without full accounts
It didn't give me answers. It asked me the uncomfortable questions. That completely changes the quality of the final product.
Synka is a lightweight operations platform for small and mid-sized teams. It centralizes task management, ticketing, and time tracking in one workspace, giving managers clear visibility and teams a simple way to organize daily work. Built to reduce friction, improve accountability, and keep operations under control without unnecessary complexity.
