Hello Product Hunt! šŸ‘‹šŸ˜» After working remotely for a number of years in the support field (at Apple, Uber, now at a SaaS startup), I wanted to share my resources and help others find remote work. Originally the project started as a weekly newsletter, but after a few weeks of hard work ā€” Iā€™m proud to share that it is now a job board for support focused roles! Some roles you might see include Customer Success Champion, Technical Support, or Support Engineer. I hope this is helpful for anyone looking for a remote job! Cheers šŸŽ‰

This looks interesting, Heather. I'm working on something like this as well. How did you first started curating the jobs? Was it manual or scraping?

@rafyasarmatta Great question! To keep things simple for now, I'm curating the jobs manually. If demand increases I'll consider automating things to save time. And if you're curious - this is built using Tabletop.js and Sheetsee.js, using a Google Sheet as a backend. āœŒļø

@hthrjns @rafyasarmatta Nice site Heather! If you're curating manually take a look at trackly.io - it was originally created to find new jobs on recruitment pages - and so might work quite well for you. Still in free beta. Disclosure - it's my baby!
