Hey Product Hunt ๐ meet Subscription Dayยฒ for iPhone
After a year of building and refining the Mac version with thousands of users, today we finally launch the full mobile experience. If you have so many subscriptions that youโve lost track of them and hate unexpected charges, Subscription Day is built exactly for this. This is a simple and powerful subscription calendar for iOS & Mac. No clutter. Only what really matters.
Hereโs what makes it different:
โจ Smart Import: Fast Import subscriptions from App Store, Notion, Google Sheets, or from any text file in any structure
๐ Clear spending insight: Monthly average, yearly forecast and peak spending months explained visually, not with spreadsheets.
๐ Multi-Currency Support: Supports 150+ currencies with automatic conversion so everything is shown in your selected currency.
๐ Personal and Work Lists: Separate subscriptions into Personal and Work lists and track budgets and statistics independently.
๐ท Custom categories & Payment Methods: : Organize subscriptions exactly the way you prefer.
๐ Private by design: No registration, no cloud storage, and no data collection. Everything is stored only locally on your device and in your iCloud.
The app is free with limits.
In upcoming versions there will be widgets, full iPad support, and localization into different languages. Iโd be happy to hear your feedback and ideas.

@dmitriychuta really love that UX and UI , how did you came up with it?
@sasha_buratynskyiย I built the product using the Build in Public approach from the very beginning. The features were shaped by users, and I just gave it form and design.

@dmitriychutaย Local-only + no account + no tracking is a big trust win for a finance-related app.
Smart import from unstructured text is particularly interesting โ saves a lot of setup friction.
Would love to see lock screen / widget reminders when a big renewal is coming.
@busmark_w_nikaย Of course. This is a basic required feature. You can also set multiple reminders so you definitely will not miss it. There is also an option to configure each subscription individually, for example receive notifications only for important or yearly subscriptions that people usually forget about ๐
@yana_kisnichanย Thanks for the question! Yes, the app supports subscriptions in 168 currencies. If you usually work with only a few of them, you can add those currencies to your Favorites for quick selection. After you set a main currency, all subscriptions and statistics are automatically converted and displayed in that single chosen currency.
It is rare to come across an app that is both beautifully designed and thoughtfully tailored to usersโ needs while staying clean and minimal.
I have already had a chance to try it, and I really like how easy it is to add subscriptions using just a screenshot. That feature makes the onboarding experience smooth and intuitive.
I also appreciate that it is offered as a one-time purchase instead of another subscription. Wishing you great traction and well-deserved success!
What does a successful first week look like for a new userโhow do you expect them to get from โI have subscriptions everywhereโ to a reliable system they actually keep updated over months (especially when prices change or plans upgrade)?
@curiouskittyย To avoid adding subscriptions manually, the app has 6 quick import options that cover most services. To be honest, subscription prices do not change very often, but there is a feature that lets you keep a price history so statistics and predictions stay accurate.
Next month another killer feature is coming that I have been building for the last six months. It is an email integration for fast subscription detection plus a fully automated flow that adds new subscriptions to the calendar. Most importantly, it does not rely on external AI and all processing happens locally and securely directly on your device.

Congratulations on the new launch! An idea for development: you could integrate AI to recommend more budget-friendly, local, innovative, or other alternative options for each service.
@mykyta_semenov_ย Yes, this feature is already in the roadmap. The AI will provide instructions on how to cancel a subscription and will also recommend alternatives.
@bdzhelย Thank you for the support. Yes, we have a lot of subscriptions in our lives now, so a tool like this is needed to keep them under control.
I intentionally did not make the app subscription based, because it would be strange for an app that helps fight them ๐

Have been following your progress on Threads and constantly getting impressed & inspired by your designs! So glad to see you launching again with iOS. This puts the experience on a super complete level.
@jf_labs_ย Yes, of course. You can view statistics for each year separately, and also see a forecast for the year ahead to understand your expenses.

Congrats on the launch!!!
this actually a tool to solve a big problem in my daily life. great idea.
Not sure if this is already planned, but have you considered adding a comparison between usage and cost? It would be great to see which subscriptions are relatively expensive compared to how much theyโre actually used. That way, users could better decide whether a renewal is really worth it.

Good luck with the launch ๐
minimalist phone: reduce your screentime
Does it also send allerts about renewing (so I can potentially cancel beforehand?)

@dmitriychutaย Thank you for the clarification. That one is needed as some rules for apps and subscriptions are hidden behind the small text.

I have a question, can I add subscriptions in multiple currencies?

That's indeed useful - nice to see. Will give it a try. Does it summarize / Analyse historic accumulation of subs?
