Amazing job and congrats on the release! I've been looking for a solution to streamline design collaboration across teams and Stylebit seems to be the answer. Hey ! Sure we will give that functionality very very soon! You can configure the frequency of the updates we make from Figma, but if you are a pro member in Figma, you will just give us your team ID and we will listen to the updates, no need to configure the frequency :)

figma provides webhooks for the pro members, we can track the changes and sync whenever style or component changes. For non pro figma user we will give users ability to configure the frequency of cronjob as mentioned.

Very cool! I feel like we need / will need this -- but not sure the right time... what do y'all see as the ideal stage for a company to codify their design system?

Hey ! The ideal stage is either the creation of the design system, or scaling it for a larger organizational support, from a stage wise best case would be companies from Series A and above! But with our free tier every company can just have Stylebit all along the way and when you start feeling the need to scale then you can pro!
