Why we built this.

We used to run a self-storage facility ourselves — and hated the software. Everything was generic property or inventory tools bent sideways to fit storage, spreadsheets for owner payouts, manual invoices, compliance treated as an afterthought. So we built the platform we wished we'd had: unit management, contracts, billing, and owner payouts in one system, designed around how a storage facility actually runs day to day — not retrofitted from something else.
