Spent a while researching this properly (for our own comparison content, so bias noted) and the UK self-storage software market has a few real, structural differences worth knowing before you commit to anything not just feature checklists:

- SiteLink/Storable pricing is opaque you get a quote, not a published number. Fine if you have leverage to negotiate, annoying if you just want to compare options quickly.

- Stora has a 50-unit minimum, which rules it out for smaller independent operators outright regardless of how good the product is.

Before this was a product, it was just us running a storage facility and losing hours every week to software that wasn't built for storage at all generic property tools bent sideways to sort-of fit, or spreadsheets doing the job properly instead.
