I used to be a big Spark user, the UI turned me off, but this might turn me back! Any shot we'll get Read Receipts anytime? It's my core reason for using AirMail, and I'm sure a lot of others see the value in it! Otherwise looks great!
I love spark feature wise, BUT... for read receipts. Unfortunately, it's not something they're doing well, I tried the Beta version and the implementation was a pain. Hope to see them innovate on read receipts, and just give those who wish to use them the option for privacy, like WhatsApp does.
Give AirMail a shot - it’s a breeze
heard about it, didn't try it as I wasn't convinced they had the (almost) full feature set that Spark has. Will have another look.
The only reason I'm still using another apps combined with Spark :/
Spark is almost perfect, no read receipts it's what keeps our team from using it.

congratulation on the release! 2 questions 1) when would Mac app follow suit? 2) as of now avatars are displayed only for domains sourced from clearbit. when will you pick up Gmail avatars directly?

Love Spark. I recently switched away from Gmail to use Spark's collaboration features to share email drafts with teammates and delegate followups.
Same, but for different reasons - send later, private email thread conversations. :)
didn't like SuperHuman?
Superhuman doesn't have the collaboration features I use to improve my workflow/save time. At least not yet.

This is awesome, Ryan. I'd love to learn more how you guys are using it as a team. We have an extensive roadmap ahead and I'd love to include your feedback so the product is better for you.

Have spark resolved all the privacy issues we raised in the past? Put aside what you published in the terms of use, do you read our emails and see our passwords, do you keep our emails on your servers?

I want to assure you that we take your privacy seriously, and Spark is fully GDPR compliant. We do not rent, sell or share your personal data with any third parties. In case you aren’t using features which require Spark Services (such as Teams, Shared Threads, Shared Drafts, Delegation, etc), the content of your emails is stored on the server of your email provider. The only one thing is that to compose and send you notifications, we sync the subject and a part of your message, encrypt this information and store it on our secure servers. Please note that the encryption key is saved locally on your device, so only you have access to it. This encrypted information is deleted from our servers in 4 hours after the push message has been prepared and sent as there is no need to keep it longer. In case you have any questions, our Data Privacy Specialist is always glad to assist you, so feel free to contact us via .
What is your business model then? do you process people's data (at least using algorithms) while in the server, in the meantime and benefit from these data?

tried the beta version, the implementation of it could be done better. I hope you guys introduce it more elegantly... it should be part of the email header section.

Just checked and the update isn't yet available on my iPhone. I've been using Spark for the last year, after looking for better productivity features - like send later, delegate, open threads on email. Spark is just awesome and I'm a customer for life. :)
Haven't used anything else on my iPhone for over a year and find it so much better than Apple Mail. Great work Readdle team.
2 years with Spark. the flight is normal and nothing is lost
I used to be an avid user. Changed over to Spike for a lot more speed and voice options. Very similar elsewhere though, but not enough to bring me back.
