Just curious: for recurring events like birthdays or anniversaries, does the countdown automatically reset for the next year after the date passes, or do we need to create it again? Also, any plans for cross-platform availability in the future?

For recurring events (like birthdays or monthly meet-ups with friends), automatic reset is something we’re already working on — it’ll come in an upcoming update!
And yes, cross-platform (Android + web) is definitely on the roadmap too 👀

Recurring events like birthdays don’t automatically reset yet — but that’s something I’m already working on. It’s definitely on the roadmap since many people asked for it. 🎂
Cross-platform is planned too (iPad first, then Android) — I want Soony to feel seamless wherever you are.

I actually started using Soony back in uni to keep track of my exam dates, and it helped me feel more in control instead of stressed.

Right now, Soony focuses on events from your Apple Calendar, but Google Calendar and Facebook birthday integration are definitely on the roadmap.
The goal is to make Soony the easiest way to see what’s coming up — and who’s worth celebrating. 🎉
It's a lovely idea, but I have one main question: What's the key feature that makes it different from other calendars? It just seems like it's lacking a strong reason or 'hook' to get me to start putting my schedule in.
