I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you all for the love and support on our launch!

It's truly a special moment when other resonate with the problem you're solving and the way you're solving it.

With that said, our Product Hunt launch was a HUGE success and I want to share some wins, tips, and tricks 🔥

We had 3 goals going into the launch:

1. Drive at least 25 signups

2. Place in the top 10 on Product Hunt

3. Get featured in at least 1 media outlet

The actual results are better than we could have imagined:

• Ranked #1 in Meetings & Online Learning

• Ranked #3 in AI & #5 product of the day!

• 635+ site visitors & 50+ new users (~7.9% CR)

• New users from across 10+ countries

• 3 enterprise demos already booked

• Over 4,500+ social impressions

• Featured in over 10 media outlets

If you’re planning your own launch, there are plenty of guides out there, but here’s my quick take:

1. Start planning at least a month in advance to fine-tune your strategy and start engagement

2. Get active in different communities and forums like Product Hunt (be authentic)

3. Find someone who is willing to be a Hunter to help increase visibility (shoutout @dbul)

4. Design a few impactful slides that highlight your differentiators (start tweaking those asap)

5. Create a catchy tagline, description, and pinned comment (tagline is crucial so start refining that now)

6. Rally direct support by contacting everyone you can at least 2 weeks in advance (users, founders, etc)

7. Amplify your launch throughout your network and on socials for the full 24 hours!

Here are a few insights that I didn't realize till the day of launch or shortly afterwards:

• PH will remove some upvotes/comments from brand new accounts, so have your supporters create accounts ahead of time

• Finishing top 5 for the day actually got us a lot of unexpected media coverage that otherwise wouldn't have happened, so definitely worth aiming for top 5
