We've worked closely with expert group therapists and mental health organizations to develop personalized communities that promote vulnerable conversations and lasting relationships for students and early-mid career professionals. This is all housed on our mobile application and web app where you can text, video chat, gratitude journal, and attend community events (with automated calendar invites). How it works: - First, we match users into hand-picked groups of 6-8 individuals paired with a Shimmer Guide with similar lived experiences. - You and your group-mates join weekly 1 hr video sessions tailored for your needs by the Shimmer Guide via a curriculum developed with UCSF therapists. - Meet other growth-oriented individuals through community events like wellness workshops, game nights, and movie screenings led by our community team! **** Quotes from our members: - “It’s quickly become something I look forward to all week long.
