Shell applications always were something magical for me. I love it. Wish you best luck with it.
Thank you, I appreciate it!
Could you please add some examples? I wanna testing it!
Any code for us testers :)?
Hi! Follow the guide here and let me know what you think :)
This is superb! For those of you unaware. It's similar to Jupyter Notebooks. You can learn more about this style of a shell here:
I couldn't figure out how to get auto completion of directories to work, though (cd prtab>)
the xonsh shell (Python-powered shell language and command prompt) has the kernel for Jupyter and you can use it :)
I tried it but couldn't get my head around how I should use it. It looks lovely but I need to find some examples.
Hi Ryan -- Thanks for the comment. I just added a quickstart guide on Medium -- you can find it at . Let me know what you think!
It will be awesome to add the xonsh shell support in this tool!
We should be able to launch commands with something like shift+enter. Or maybe I didn't found the keyboard shortcuts!
Hi Thomas -- You can in fact launch commands with shift+enter :)
You should add a remote terminal support : having a list of SSH'd servers and being able to alias and launch them on the go would be a blast
Hey -- Yes, that is already a feature as well. Have you had a chance to try it out?
Nice, the terminal has been needing a fresh new paradigm for a while!
This would be an excellent terminal to use when teaching CLI to newbies!
