This feels much bigger than a product launch. It brings me back to the early days of building @Sendbird, when our belief was simple: technology can help people connect. That idea carried us through more than a decade of learning from customers, partners, and a team that never stopped pushing.
Delight.ai✨ continues that work. We built it so conversations can feel personal in a way it wasn't done before. When someone returns, it remembers them. When they pause, it waits and gently reaches back out. When they switch channels, it keeps the thread. Small things, but they matter so much.

When a user jumps to a new channel , we retrieve the relevant context from AMP and use For You Conversations to create a warm start to the conversation so that users can pick up where they dropped off previously.
