I run about 20 domains across my products, and email kept failing me in the most expensive way possible: silently. Campaigns showed delivered while landing in spam. We switched email providers and forgot one DNS record, reply rates collapsed, and we spent weeks blaming the copy. A tool we d stopped using was still authorized to send as one of our domains.
