We're building NeoCMS a CMS designed from scratch for the AI era

Hey everyone

I m building Crazy Sajangnim, an early-stage platform that combines discounted fashion discovery with a shared community blog.

The name comes from the Korean phrase , which roughly means The boss has gone crazy. Korean retailers often use it playfully to advertise prices so low that the owner must be crazy. I wanted the name to preserve that part of Korean shopping culture while building something that connects Korean and U.S. fashion retailers.

However, the question I m most interested in testing isn t simply whether people want another place to find discounted products. It s whether a blog can recreate some of the social experience of shopping together.

The idea is to let shoppers post clothing photos, share deals, ask for sizing or styling advice, compare products, and get opinions before purchasing. Rather than evaluating everything alone across multiple tabs, shoppers could bring their discoveries and questions into one shared feed.

I am the solo founder behind Ashcroft-Motors, an early-stage automotive technology venture, and I am currently looking for my technical counterpart and CTO.

About Me & Current Status:
I operate as the business lead and visionary for the project. I have already mapped out a comprehensive, 6-page technical design its not much but its something. To keep corporate paperwork and cap-table structuring entirely clean, the company remains unincorporated until I find the right technical partner to split co-founder equity with from day one.

The Venture Concept:
We are designing a rugged, low-electronic sedan engineered specifically for law enforcement, emergency services, and defense sectors.

• The Problem: Modern fleet vehicles are heavily dependent on complex software and electronics, making them highly vulnerable to digital attacks, component failure, and EMP threats.

• The Solution: Our vehicle is 100% EMP-proof, runs natively on bio-fuels and renewable fuels, and deliberately bypasses non-essential electronics to maximize field reliability and mission uptime.

• The Market & Pricing: We are matching current municipal fleet budgets with a highly competitive target price of $31K baseline MSRP for standard police cruisers and a $35K high-speed interceptor variant. Our long-term roadmap expands from secured government contracts directly into commercial taxis, rideshare, and the consumer market once stable cash flow is secured.

We re building Salesman AI an AI sales copilot for AEs, SDRs, and founder-led sales teams.

What:
The idea came from a pretty common problem: sales reps are expected to walk into every call fully prepared, ask the right questions, take useful notes, and follow up quickly but the information they need is usually scattered across different tools.

Salesman AI brings that workflow together. It helps reps prepare before a call, rehearse important conversations, and turn completed calls into clear insights and actionable next steps.
Who:
AEs, SDRs, and founder-led sales teams.

Hardest problem:
The hardest part we re solving right now is making the AI genuinely useful to the rep not just producing another generic meeting summary. The output needs to understand the buyer, the conversation, and what should actually happen next.

We're building Zygn to solve a problem we've seen repeatedly in interior design and project-based businesses: too many disconnected tools for managing clients, leads, BOQs, quotations, projects, purchases, expenses, payments, and teams.

Zygn brings these workflows together in one platform.

For example, an interior designer can use Zygn for:

What people always forget to mention is how much time, experimentation and discovery it takes to find your channel and your strategy. There are so many options nowadays, founders feel overwhelmed on where to start

Within each channel, there are also plenty of strategies.

I've been building Calibra, an open-source dataset observability and coreset optimization tool for robot learning.

It checks things like timestamps, duplicate/frozen frames, blurry cameras, jerky motion, action-state divergence, quality, and behavioral coverage.

The interesting part is the optimization side: across several public robotics datasets, we've found that quality-aware selection can preserve model performance while using substantially less training data than the full dataset or random selection.
