Late-diagnosed ADHD founder building the infrastructure nobody built for us

I'm Amal Omar late-diagnosed ADHD, founder, and someone who has frozen in high-stakes moments and had to rebuild from there.

I'm building an ecosystem for the neurodivergent community that no one else is building end-to-end.

Neou is the intelligence layer an autonomous AI agent, a Prosthetic Prefrontal Cortex, that monitors executive function and acts on your behalf. It reschedules meetings, protects recovery time, and runs your day around what you can actually handle.

Most AI search tools just give you more to read. We built one that actually thinks.

We all know the feeling of having a massive, chaotic concept bouncing around in your head but the moment you look at a blank search bar, your brain just goes completely static.

For students, academics, and researchers, this bottleneck can last for weeks. You have a messy, highly specific thought like:

"I m trying to look at loneliness vs. smoking in older adults. Something about IL-6 inflammation markers, maybe the UCLA scale... but everything I find is too broad or too narrow, and my advisor says my topic is a mess."

If you paste that into Google Scholar or standard AI tools, you get hit with a wall of 10,000 dense PDFs. You end up wasting 20 hours reading unrelated literature just to figure out where to start.

EchoLogic: Brain off. Logic on. The Neo-Brutalist quote app.

I m incredibly excited to share EchoLogic with you today.

Most quote apps feel exactly the same: calming landscapes, soft gradients, and slow transitions. I wanted to build

something entirely different something loud, incredibly fast, and designed for internet culture.

"Brain off. Logic on."

What's the most time-consuming part of getting your first 100 customers?

Hey everyone

I've been building AgenticGTM, an AI-powered growth platform for founders who would rather spend time building than doing repetitive marketing tasks.

The workflow starts with a startup URL and helps automate parts of the GTM process:

Generate launch posts and marketing copy
Create SEO-focused content
Submit to startup directories
Collect and showcase customer testimonials
Discover conversations where potential customers are actively looking for solutions

Who actually understands your codebase?

Our team has been spending a lot of time thinking about existing products rather than brand-new ones.

One thing we've noticed is that as a product grows, knowledge becomes fragmented. Some decisions live in documentation, some in Git history, and some only in the minds of the people who built the feature months ago.

Adding a "small feature" often means spending more time understanding the existing system than actually implementing the change.

That's exactly the problem we wanted to tackle with the new Brownfield workflow in MySpec.

I built SendReady — AI that rewrites your text inside any Android app (no switching to ChatGPT)

Hey PH community!

I'd love some honest feedback on SendReady a free Android app I built to scratch my own itch.

Got zero upvotes, but watching 40k users generate 2min AI videos taught me where the tech breaks.

Hey everyone,

Twenty days ago, I launched RedBoy here.

While the launch was quiet, our user base back home wasn't. We recently crossed 40K users in Italy who have been actively pushing our agentic video engine to its limits specifically trying to generate long-form, 2-minute scripted videos.

Watching where they succeed, and where they hit a concrete wall, taught me a lot about the massive gap between generating a cool 5-second clip and creating a cohesive story.

How Verbatim can Reduce Your Token Costs / AI related energy expenses

Nodarama Verbatim Beta is almost complete, and its most stable and capable version yet is available now.

It includes several features that can help vibe coders reduce token usage especially those who rely on AI to rewrite entire files rather than making targeted code revisions.

Whether you pay for unlimited generation or not, AI computation still consumes energy. Reducing unnecessary review, rewriting, and repeated correction can reduce wasted computation good for efficiency, and potentially better for the planet even when it does not directly affect your wallet.
