I realized I was wasting hours analyzing properties that weren’t worth it
Hey PH 👋
Recently I noticed something about researching real estate opportunities:
The hard part isn’t always finding properties.
It’s figuring out which ones actually deserve your time.
I used to spend hours jumping between listings, spreadsheets, renovation guesses, and comparable properties just trying to answer one simple question:
“Does this deal actually make sense?”
I started changing my workflow by filtering opportunities earlier instead of deeply analyzing everything.
Recently came across an AI tool called FixerFlip that helps organize early property research like potential ROI, renovation estimates, and comparisons.
I still think experience and manual review matter, but having a quicker first look has saved me a lot of unnecessary research.
Curious for anyone in real estate:
How do you currently decide which deals are worth analyzing deeper?
