Thanks for sharing Charles! Hi everyone, I’m the CEO and co-founder of Scenery, and I’m excited to officially release Scenery.video after more than a year of research and refinement in beta. Scenery is here to make video a team sport by bringing video editing, asset management, and review together in a collaborative, browser-based product with powerful AI tools. (You can think of Scenery like Figma for video teams.) As part of our launch, we’re also introducing our AI Editor, which categorizes your content based on a video’s transcript, then lets you quickly create an edited cutdown by describing what you want to create. Throughout beta we’ve been fortunate to be able to partner with a wide range of customers, including marketing teams, universities, and documentary filmmakers at companies like Hubspot, Pinterest, AxiosHQ, the Screenagers Documentary, MyndVR, UCSB Film & Media Studies, Rutgers, Harvard, and more. Been using Scenery for over a year now at my company idX (https://idx.style). We make ski and snowboard videos. Back in my day, it was one guy sitting in a room for a week editing a video with people checking in. With Scenery, not only are the editing tools top notch for a video editor, the game is changed and collaboration streamlined 100x for quick content pieces or long form videos. +1 For Scenery!

I’ve been working with the product for a couple months now, particularly the AI features. If you’re not an editor, the AI prompt feature is amazing to mine out of interviews if you don’t know what you’re doing. If you do know what you’re doing The same feature is amazing when you’re in a rush to quickly find great moments when you just don’t have the time to watch every frame or read the entire transcript.

As someone responsible for marketing content, I'm not a big fan of the back-and-forth communication with our designers and video editors regarding what we want. You're showing a nice example of a video interview. How powerful is the prompt input when it comes to animations?

@jernej_dvorsak At the moment the AI Editor edits down your content based on transcribed content. Once it completes its edit you can tweak the output and add animations in Scenery's timeline and/or bring in existing animations from your brand's video asset library to the video. As for the back and forth, you can speed that process up dramatically with Scenery's built in video review tools https://scenery.video/video-review

@setianke By voice prompting do you mean reading your prompt out loud, as opposed to typing it in? That's not something we currently have native support for, although if you have another tool that turns voice to text you could easily copy and paste that text it into the AI Editor to create a custom prompt.
