Interesting launch but not sure if we need another financial platform, seems very crowded space already, what sets this one completely apart, also the chargeback feature sounds useful but is everything really automated or will there be a lot of manual work involved, curious to see some real numbers on how much time and money it actually saves businesses

I came across this somehow and I've got mixed feelings, like sure it sounds cool with all the features, but is it really worth switching from what I’m using now, also wondering if the automated chargeback thing actually works since chargebacks are such a pain, might try it but kinda skeptical, anyone tried it yet?

Sounds like this platform tries to do too much, might get clunky for small e-commerce businesses juggling fewer tasks, also not sure if automated chargeback resolutions will be accurate enough, more personal touch could be better 🤔

This thing looks like a big collection of tools crammed into one, which could be a nightmare for e-commerce beginners to navigate, why not focus on simplifying and perfecting a few key features instead of overwhelming with everything at once, I've seen too many platforms that try to do it all and end up being too complicated to be useful, less might be more here

Congratulations to the Ruby team on this incredible launch! As someone deeply engaged with e-commerce and financial systems, I can see how Ruby’s all-in-one platform could revolutionize how businesses manage their finances. The seamless integration of banking, automated chargeback resolution, and real-time analytics is a game-changer for scaling efficiently. It's exciting to see a product that not only addresses the pain points of fragmented financial data but also adds significant value by potentially increasing GMV. Looking forward to seeing Ruby grow and transform the e-commerce landscape!

Congratulations on the Product Hunt launch! I'm really impressed by what you are doing. Can you share more about the specific challenges you faced while developing this product? By the way, I'm a headstarter fellowship I would like to apply for AI intern position. Check out my linkedln https://www.linkedin.com/in/alex...

So this "financial operating system" is aiming to be a one-stop-shop for e-commerce, but I wonder how it stack up against established services that specialize in each features, like won't users find it tough to switch from platforms they’re used to and trust I’m curious about how well the analytics functionality works compared to dedicated tools, does the chargeback protection actually cover all scenarios or is it limited, more details would be helpful, and maybe consider adding some unique features that aren’t covered by other platforms to set it apart
