Ruby sounds super useful for e-commerce businesses. Just curious, does it support other currencies or regions outside the US?
@oliviajanemitchell we only support US domiciled businesses right now. We’re focused on the US, but I’d love to hear from operators elsewhere to see if we’re able to help.

@skabir8 Congrats on the launch of Ruby! 🎉 This platform sounds like a game-changer for e-commerce businesses struggling with fragmented financial data and operational inefficiencies. I'm particularly impressed by the automated reimbursements and chargeback resolution features—it seems like a real time-saver.
I’m curious about the integration process with existing commerce platforms and accounting software. How seamless is it, and are there any specific platforms that Ruby works best with?
@devindsgbyq it’s really easy to connect. It takes a couple of clicks for you to authenticate your store to Ruby. The most popular platforms are Shopify, Amazon and Stripe. We support a few others as well.

This looks fantastic, @skabir8! I've been looking for a comprehensive solution to streamline financial management for my e-commerce business, and Ruby seems to check all the boxes. The automated reimbursements and chargeback resolution features are especially appealing. It's clear that you guys understand the nuances of running an e-commerce business, having come from that background yourselves. Can't wait to see how much time and money I can save using Ruby! Upvoted!

Congratulations @skabir8@jordan_yaqoob@miguel_acero on this exciting launch!
Question for discussion: how do you position Ruby vs. Brex, Mercury, Ramp, et al?

Found this through a random ad. A bit skeptical. Do we really need another "all-in-one" platform for e-commerce? Sounds like just another layer to manage, but maybe it'll prove me wrong if the features really deliver without a ton of bugs, good luck with the launch!
