So this new financial platform for e-commerce kinda looks like a mashup of services that already exist like Stripe, Xero, and Klarna, and it feels like just another addition to the crowded fintech space, I'm worried it's yet another tool that promises to save time and money but ends up being more complicated to manage, especially for small businesses who might just need one or two of these features and find the rest to be overkill, I get the idea behind it but is it really solving a problem or just creating more work

Love how clean and simple the interface looks, and how comprehensive the features are in Ruby! I can tell this stemmed from solving your own problem first. A great product for e-commerce. Some of these features vendor reimbursement and chargeback management can literally make or break a business. Congrats on launching @skabir8 and team!

Saw this new financial platform on a random ad, not sure it solves all the issues for e-commerce businesses, though, why not just use the existing tools available, seems like adding another layer of complexity doesn't it? What about integration with smaller niche marketplaces, any plans for that?

Well this sounds really familiar, isn't this just a combo of Stripe and QuickBooks but with some extras like chargeback resolutions and reimbursements, interesting concept tho, but how's the support team experienced with all these finance areas, have you considered partnership with existing e-commerce platforms for better integration? Also how's the pricing gonna compare to other similar tools, any plans for small sellers with low volume?

This sounds kinda promising but I can't help but wonder how this financial platform handles data privacy with all that sensitive info its collecting, also how user-friendly is the interface, especially for small business owners who might not be too tech-savvy, the automated chargeback resolution bit is intriguing but does it really work in practice or just adds another layer of complexity, would love to hear how real users find it in everyday use

Saw this product from a friend and been using it for a bit, gotta say, I was expecting more, like sure it does a lot of things but almost feels like too much crammed into one, also, needing more transparency on fees, any plans to address this soon or add features just for startups?

Saw this finance tool through an ad, all-in-one sounds cool but does anyone else worry about putting all your financial eggs in one basket? like if something goes wrong with their system, your whole operation could be in trouble, also, automated chargeback resolution feels like it might not catch every case, anyone had experience with that?

Looks like another financial platform for e-commerce, haven’t we seen tons of these already with platforms like Stripe and Square taking the lead, what makes this unique, it offers quite a few features but will businesses need all of these or is this just feature overload, have you considered focusing on the core needs of small businesses first and maybe rolling out the extra stuff later, interested to see how it handles real user scenarios and quirks cause these things can seem great on paper but execution is everything

Congrats to the Ruby team for their new financial operating system! Ruby seems like a robust solution for e-commerce, with excellent banking and chargeback protection features. The analytics and insights are particularly valuable. But I would really love it if you consider adding a user-friendly dashboard for easier navigation and reporting.
