👋 Hi Product Hunt! I'm Viney, the maker of RSVPhere. The idea for this app was born out of pure frustration. While organizing the launch event for Saneha Sanctuary (a premium Thai Dry Gin), I was drowning in spreadsheets, email threads, and manual guest lists. I needed something professional but couldn't find a tool that was both simple for guests and powerful for hosts. So, I built RSVPhere. We focus on three things: 1️⃣ Zero-Friction RSVPs: Guests respond via email in one tap. No apps, no accounts, no passwords. 2️⃣ Multi-Function Support: Easily manage complex events (like a wedding weekend or a 3-day conference) from a single RSVP page. 3️⃣ QR Code Check-In: Every confirmation includes a unique QR code. Scan guests at the door in 3 seconds using any smartphone.🎁 Exclusive PH Launch Offer: We have a generous free tier (unlimited events, up to 150 guests), but for the PH community, I'm offering 50% off the Pro tier for the first 100 customers. Just use code: PRODUCTHUNT50 at checkout.I'd love for you to try it out for your next event, meetup, or dinner party. I'll be here all day answering questions and taking feature requests. Let me know what you think!

The QR check-in sounds super smooth for big weddings. One thing I'd love to see is a quick "plus-one" toggle per guest so you can track headcount for catering without juggling a second list. Would save a lot of last-minute math.

One thing that would make this even better for weddings is letting guests add their plus-one's name during the RSVP, plus a simple meal preference dropdown. Right now I'm having to track that separately in a spreadsheet which defeats the whole purpose.

One tap RSVP with no app to install removes the real reason guests never respond. I did wonder about the door: how does QR check-in behave when the venue wifi drops mid-queue?
