One tap RSVP with no app to install removes the real reason guests never respond. I did wonder about the door: how does QR check-in behave when the venue wifi drops mid-queue?
The QR check-in sounds super smooth for big weddings. One thing I'd love to see is a quick "plus-one" toggle per guest so you can track headcount for catering without juggling a second list. Would save a lot of last-minute math.
One thing that would make this even better for weddings is letting guests add their plus-one's name during the RSVP, plus a simple meal preference dropdown. Right now I'm having to track that separately in a spreadsheet which defeats the whole purpose.
