Love this! The implementation for devs seems super clean, conversion tracking easy through the API and a good experience for the end user. I honestly think I could pay more than $9 per month when scaling. Why do you specifically target SaaS companies? I think you could do really well if you position yourself as the go-to solution for devs. Think Linear / Resend but for affiliate. The easy implementation was what I got excited about as a developer!
Feedback: my main concern for adopting this is stability, I would love some reassurance about this on your website (I've had bad experiences with early stage tools before which makes me think twice before adopting a young product)

I was thinking about positioning (like Resend only affiliates) the solution for developers, but it seemed to me that this is not quite the right decision and I decided to choose positioning for SaaS for now. Do you really think that positioning for developers will be better?

@alexander_belogubov I actually built a cashback startup for 5 years so I've been around the affiliate marketing industry for a while. I will say that I'm still far from an expert and I barely know anything about the affiliate space around SMBs. My educated guess, however, is that the main bottle neck for affiliate programs in SMBs is that the dev team tells the GTM team that it is undoable because it is way to much work. It's been an unwritten rule that affiliate marketing is only for the big companies (networks like Tradedoubler or Awin often have a minimum revenue requirement). You'll have to validate this, but my theory is that you can unlock a huge market by just convincing devs that it's super easy to implement. I would love to hear more about why you choose to go for the positioning you have now, I'm sure there's a bunch of factors I haven't considered!

That insight is super valuable — I completely agree that dev teams are often the bottleneck, especially when affiliate solutions feel heavy or clunky.
That's exactly what I’m trying to solve with Refgrow: make it so dead-simple to embed an affiliate dashboard (just 2 lines of code), that devs don’t say no.
