Everytime I want to trust MS with their new and exciting products, something stops me. This time it's: Server Error in '/' Application.
Taylor Sloane
@gorkemcetin I had that too. Clearing my cookies and using a different Microsoft account (a Skype account instead) worked. But not ideal! 🙈
eboy
@gorkemcetin the problem with Microsoft is that they want to be the cool kids but then they drop what they are doing to focus on what's hot next. Step and repeat
Bruce Kraft Jr.
@eboy @gorkemcetin But if they drop what they are doing, and focus on whats hot lately, is that a bad thing? More competition {for an efficient chatting colab service (ms teams similar to slack)} is always a good thing, so why hate? I'm glad that they are pivotting much faster than... Google? Hello? where are you? Or are you going to continue to leave it up to your gapps partners? Cmon... At least MS is trying to step up. I can't knock on MS for that
Gorkem Cetin
@brucekraftjr @eboy Noone claims here that they hate MS. People are trying to say that it's very hard for a big company to try to think out of the box and act like a startup. That's it.

@brucekraftjr @eboy @gorkemcetin focus on what's hot lately is not a bad thing, the worst thing, for MS, is launching a product (like Teams) and not have it work properly and have it take ages even to add a simple notification feature...

They need to put the "Add new QnA pair" button on the fixed nav bar or at the bottom of the page so I don't have to keep scrolling back up. Or make it so where the new fields are prepended to the top.
Aiyman Hadi
@eliteeth4n You would think that would be obvious...
Taylor Sloane
This is a super smart idea! Looking forward to giving it a go later. At the moment I'm just getting a server error 😩
Michael Bouso
This might be a naive question, but why do you need a 'corporate' login to access this?
Pradeep Sharma
Tried it out. This is pretty useful and easy to start with. It can be much more easier though, I would have just integrated it within my website right away if it could have simply given me embed code just like zopim or other live chat tools. For now, will integrate it in website once I get some time to code.

This is a great Bot and very well executed. We've just added it to our catalog: https://apiant.com/?app=qna%20maker

The FAQ I tested with worked well (best part was testing in under 5 mins -- nice work). Be great if it worked with Zendesk.
Denny Wong
@jessekorzan Should come check out https://www.producthunt.com/post... - we are working on a future API for Zendesk ;)

If Microsoft wants to be the cool kid they need to give there 100% in developing a cool idea like this. The server error just ain't gonna help it.
Salil Sethi
Works well and really like it. But the usage limits (20MB Knowledge Base, especially since the data is saved as verbose TSV) as well as 10 calls per minute limit is too restrictive to release a chatbot using this. We would love to use this to power our EdTech tool, but need higher limits to make this work and worth time migrating from other services.

@salil_sethi You might want to check out Faqbot https://www.producthunt.com/post...

@dewotak thank you - faqbot looks great
