Generous free plan 👌 I have been looking for a simple, free service for uptime monitoring since I don't trust Shopify's status pages. (They consistently claim everything is perfectly fine, even when we can't access our store) So now I have signed up for the free plan to test. Congrats on the launch 😊

A free plan! :) Thanks for making this. Most of the uptime monitors we have tried aren't reliable or are too expensive. Have signed up for Pulsetic! Just a wish: will it be possible to add API monitoring as well?

Thanks! The current functionality allows you to monitor an API. Flickr example: - Add the monitor: - Go to Advanced Settings on this monitor. Request Settings - HTTP Method: POST or GET - Request Header: - - method flickr.photos.getRecent - - api_key 327dbc2d2fbf49e534617ba694bf0a9f - Update Response Settings - Response Text: rsp sta - Update On the right press Run Check & See Result. Functionality - A Post/Get request is being made to flickr.com with the following informations attached: - - method = flickr.photos.getRecent - - api_key = 327dbc2d2fbf49e534617ba694bf0a9f - Based on the request, the site is returning a XML format response. - We are verifying whether the reponse constains the string "rsp sta" or not. - If it exists, the status "200 OK" will be shown. I think we should make a detailed tutorial 🤣

Congrats on the launch! Very nice to see a free pricing plan. I'll definitely put this on my list. One thing I'm curious about , how does the check work? Does a check result in a view tracked by my page analytics?

Thanks! Our robot is not interpreting javascript, but if your tracking agents are not using javascript, that you might see their access.
