⚡️ 5 New Problems to Build a Startup | ProblemHunt

Hey, Product Hunt Community 👋

1. 🇦🇷 : Students between two provinces depend on unpredictable public transport that regularly causes lateness and missed classes.

2. 🇺🇸 : Voice cloning kills the character of a voice, making it too perfect and lifeless. Need a way to preserve natural imperfections without sacrificing quality.

3. 🇨🇴 : The owner of a tech agency hasn't found a suitable tool for projects, domains, monitoring, and proposals. Willing to pay $100/month.

4. 🇺🇸 : Need a tool that automatically finds people in social media using deeper criteria. Willing to pay $50/month.

5. 🇭🇺 : Need a one‑click solution that replaces a lecturer's voice with clear English directly inside YouTube. Current services are inconvenient. Willing to pay $12/month.

Best,
Boris and Victoria

Do you have more detailed requirements?

These are just problem headlines from . Each problem has a detailed breakdown on the platform with context, users, and pain description :)

thanks, I figured that out after some more research. Good stuff.

#2 feels especially real. The hard part probably isn’t just adding noise/breaths back into the cloned voice — it’s preserving the person’s habits of emphasis, hesitation, pacing, and when they *don’t* sound polished.

A useful product here might need a “voice taste profile” or approval loop, not only better synthesis. Let people mark examples as “too clean,” “too flat,” or “actually sounds like me,” then use that as the constraint.

Jim, thanks for sharing your thoughts — I think you’re right. On , the problem is described in more detail, so some of the specifics might be interesting to you. There are also direct contact details of the person who posted the problem, so you can reach out to them directly :)

Thanks Boris — that’s useful context. I’d be especially interested in whether the original poster can share examples of “too perfect/lifeless” vs “this still sounds like me.”

For this problem, those contrast pairs feel more valuable than a long requirements doc: they reveal which imperfections are identity/signature and which are just audio artifacts.

I always enjoy these series :)

Nika, always happy to see you and your comments. I feel like you’re the «soul» of the Product Hunt community :)

aaaaaaaaaw, thank you, Boris! :D :)
