Both problems feel very real, especially the infrastructure setup issue. Spending weeks on setup can slow down a new project.

 I agree. I've often encountered the problem of negative reviews from competitors and scammers in the past.

I'm not familiar with how Vietnam implements SaaS projects -- but I feel you on the fake negative reviews. That could be a huge lifesaver for small companies that get doxed by angry mobs and/or bitter karens.
