Been using Perfect Recall for close to 6 months and It has really helped my team understanding the client requirements well. Recording and Transcription of very high quality. The team is fabulous as well very supportive to all your queries and the updates do come regularly.

We use Perfect Recall from June 2021, and it has helped us a lot in support and selling tasks to final customer. If you use Zoom for your sessions it is fantastic to recover any piece of valuable information (use cases, testimonies, bugs, ...) The Stories work very well to link different pieces of video in the same space. The work team is very proactive.

Been using Perfect Recall since April 2021 and I'm very pleased with it. Clients love being able to see their 'brilliant quotes' from a meeting relayed out. The transcript is very useful to send to clients too. Improvements being made all the time by the pro active team.

My first thought was fishing for the right moments might be a pain. But dang, when you showed that you can choose video snippets by just selecting the transcript text - you won me over! This is very cool and practical.

Perfect Recall has been one of the most impactful tools I have ever used in my business. It took me all of 3 minutes to set up, works flawlessly every single time, and has massively reduced my stress about trying to jot down every detail of a meeting. I have been using the stories feature for a couple weeks for compiling testimonials too. It's incredibly easy to use and looks really nice when people click on the link. @amanda_zhu and @davidgu have been incredibly receptive to feedback and are making a lot of improvements.
