This is a good idea – esp. when you are an introvert like me and had to come up with 5 possible scenarios and answers to each of them. Now, you do not have to retain everything in your head but split parts. πŸ˜… introverted people know :D

I love the concept, but will Peopling adapt to real-time feedback and emotions during a conversation, or is it strictly pre-scripted scenarios?

@trydoffΒ Yes! The Agent is fully dynamic and will react to realtime conversations. The video I shared shows this dynamic conversation in action.

This is a brilliant idea! I think this is particularly great for those new to leadership positions and aren’t yet comfortable or skilled in these conversations. Is there a way to input the behaviours/attitude of the person users would be having the conversation with, so the AI can adapt to match that energy?

@leah_dykeΒ Yes! I have these in the form of "personas." You can select from the pre-baked ones I have per scenario or you can create your own!

The concept and use cases are excellent. How defencible is this to people simply feeding a good prompt into an LLM and get a similar result (albeit not as polished)? Is it packaging and UX, or do you have more complex app-level scaffolding?

@ted_jordanΒ More complex app level scaffolding, but to be honest I am running a one man shop because I am not sure it will be defensible in the long term. That being said, there are already billion dollar products out there for a similar space (but with primary revenue in sales coaching). That being said, what I have built is dynamic and scalable combined with expert insight in a way that would take a lot of set up in claude/chatgpt advanced voice mode. I also run evals to make sure the agent is adhering to top line principles and leverage the state of the art voice models with emotional cues.
