the unified workspace angle is smart — the real pain in B2B outreach isn't any single tool being bad, it's the context-switching between 6 different ones. curious how you handle the AI personalisation at scale without it starting to feel templated? that's usually where these systems start losing reply rates

@ozandag VERY sharp. You've put your finger on the exact failure point.
The way I'd frame it: there are three types of AI tools on the market right now.
Wrappers. A thin UI over a raw model. You're basically prompting ChatGPT with extra steps. Fast, but zero real context
AI-templated wrappers. Smarter, but still template-first. They spin variations on a fixed skeleton and drop in variables. This is the category you're describing, and you're right, at scale it starts to feel like a mad-lib, because underneath it's the same message wearing different hats
Neurosymbolic AI. This is us, and it's a different mechanism entirely. It doesn't fill a template. It reasons each message from the actual person: who they are, what they care about, what the strategy layer knows about their segment, and the rules for their persona. The structure itself changes, not just the variables
That's the whole difference. A templated system personalises the blanks. A reasoning system composes the message. One drifts toward sameness at volume because the skeleton is fixed.
The other holds quality at scale because there is no skeleton, every message is reasoned from scratch against real context.
So the reason reply rates hold is architectural, not a clever prompt. The thing that makes outreach feel templated is precisely the thing we removed.
It's a totally different architecturally solution.
Short version: wrappers give you speed, templated wrappers give you speed with a costume, and neurosymbolic actually reasons per person, and doesn't break.
That last one is the only category that survives scale.

This one looks promising! Good luck with your launch @emincanturan @istiakahmad @dima_antoniuk @priyankamandal

@emincanturan @istiakahmad @dima_antoniuk @priyankamandal @neelptl2602 Thanks a lot. We are happy to launch our product and go live!
The 'collapse the disconnected stack into one workspace' pitch lives or dies on integrations — otherwise it's just one more tab. Where does the lead and conversation context actually live: does Pebbles sync bidirectionally with an existing CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) so it sits as a layer on top, or is it a separate system of record I'd have to migrate into? And if I leave, do the enriched leads and outreach history export cleanly, or do they stay locked in the workspace?

@akshitha_kalwakunta Immediately. The moment you update your positioning or brand voice in the Company Library, every core picks it up.
The next outreach and every Smartbox reply reflect the new guidelines straight away, no waiting for days. One edit and the whole system moves with you.

@nastassia_k Thank you!!!
Congrats on the launch. Been looking for a similar tool, so thanks. So far the UI is very slick, nice. Still working through Pebbles, but I'm curious about how Pebbles keeps the outreach genuinely specific. Especially once it starts generating campaigns at scale. Does it show why each lead was selected and which signals were used, or is most of that happening behind the scenes?

B2B sales is such a crowded AI category right now — curious what you found actually moves the needle for reps versus just adding another dashboard to check. Is the core value prop more on the outreach-generation side, or on surfacing signal from existing conversations/deals? That's usually the fork in the road for these tools.
honestly this feels like the kind of tool a lot of b2b teams actually need right now. Everything being scattered across 5–10 tools is a real pain, so the idea of having strategy, outreach, and lead gen in one place makes a lot of sense.
the neurosymbolic ai part sounds interesting too, especially if it actually adapts to how your business works instead of just generating generic outputs.
i guess the main question for me is how deep it goes in each part like can it really replace existing tools, or is it more of a layer on top? if it nails that balance, this could be pretty powerful.

Congrats on the launch, Dmytro! Bringing strategy, audience targeting, content, and outreach into one connected GTM loop feels especially valuable for lean B2B teams juggling too many tools. I’m curious: how does the neurosymbolic layer decide when to challenge a team’s ICP or offer assumptions rather than simply optimize the existing campaign?
