As a health coach in an industry popularized by fads and trends, it is easy to fall trap to societal expectations and, in doing so, lose sight of the most important aspect of health: personalizing optimal health. For over 13 years, I have watched clients fall prey to these whims. Because of that, I made a conscious effort to focus on what is truly important to the client, but more importantly, what actually works best for them. I believe health should not be generalized. It can and should be personalized to each individual in order to achieve Personalized Optimal Health. I built ONE BioOS as an answer to fractured and fragmented health data. The purpose of ONE is not only to collect data, but to collate, aggregate, process, and intellectually translate these datasets as part of a longitudinal process for each individual. This allows ONE to generate deeper health insights and support disease prevention. Through my research as a chemist, I also developed and built the OPL Engine. The OPL Engine sits inside ONE BioOS and interprets all of this together. It determines biological state, readiness, stress load, recovery trajectory, resilience trend, and fight-or-flight classification. It is the reasoning layer that transforms raw data into biological understanding.
